My technique is to type what comes to mind. I don't second guess anything and if I have a 'feeling' about something I describe it in detail. Because I type everything that I have the 'urge' to type, sometimes you may be getting information that might not make sense because it applies to another part of your life that your spirit guides may be trying to get to you or you've put a lot of energy into it by thinking of it constantly.
Sometimes it may relate to someone else entirely because I read their post or saw their subject in the forum before I read yours. Bear with me. Use common sense with your life and follow your intuition. Thank you for letting me share my gift with you.
